- There must be at least one parent and one child in the family.
- Applicants should be highly motivated to make positive changes in their lives.
- Applicants should be flexible since they will move to a new host site every week.
- Because we are a volunteer-run organization, applicants should not have current psychological problems or serious domestic violence issues.
- All adult family members must be working, in school or seeking employment. All children must be in school or day care shortly after joining the program.
- Family members are not allowed to use illegal drugs or alcohol while in the Network.
