Picnic with a Promise

Join us in preventing and ending homelessness for families with children.
Our second annual Picnic with a Promise is raising funds to transform the lives of children and families.
This event commemorates the annual National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, November 12-20, 2022.
Family Promise of Hawai‘i, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, provides emergency shelter, rental assistance, and comprehensive support services. We keep families together and help them get back into permanent housing quickly and effectively. The need is great in our community: Nearly 1 in 30 young children in Hawai‘i experience homelessness. Last year, we served nearly 1,000 children and family members, thanks to generous community supporters like you.

Pickup and delivery details: The meal pickup location is Tucker & Bevvy: 449 Kapahulu Ave #102, Honolulu, HI 96815 (in the back of the building). The pickup time is 10:30–11:30 am. Delivery is available in town (Hawai‘i Kai–Airport) for $25. Deliveries will be around 10:30-11:30 am.
