With about 25 employees on Oʻahu and Maui, we have a passionate, collaborative, and inclusive team. We are ambitious, adaptable, and action-oriented. We're committed to providing the best service to the families in our programs and working together with our colleagues and our community to make the greatest impact.

We offer hybrid work schedules that allow you to put your family first. We provide a laptop and cloud-based software, along with a stipend for your cell phone use, so you can work as easily at the office, a home visit, or your own home.

We take care of our team so you can do your best work. We offer the following benefits to full-time employees:

  • 25 paid sick and vacation days and 13 holidays

  • A 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer contribution — regardless of how much you choose to contribute, we will contribute 3% of your salary

  • Paid family and medical leave, allowing you to take time off for the birth or adoption of a new child, your own serious medical condition, or caregiving for a close family member's serious medical condition

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered for employee

  • A parking stall at our office
