Childhood Homelessness Coalition | August 2026

At the last meeting, we shared an overview of the coalition's goals, and we're grateful to Hawaiʻi Children’s Action Network for facilitating a discussion about our community's strengths and opportunities, including possible policy priorities.

For our next meeting on August 26th, we will:

• Provide networking and collaboration opportunities;

• Review the results of the July discussion and surveys;

• Discuss previous legislative efforts and begin to hone in on specific proposals for the 2027 legislative session;

• and start discussing the coalition membership structure.
