Family Promise of Hawaiʻi (FPH) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to transform the lives of families with children in Hawaiʻi facing homelessness by providing housing, resources, and support. Founded in 2005, FPH serves hundreds of families each year on Oʻahu and Maui. ʻOhana Nights is a multi-generational program that helps families in FPH's programs build valuable life skills. Each evening begins with a family-style meal provided by volunteers, followed by interactive activities for keiki such as STEM-based learning, games, holiday parties, and crafts, as well as skill-building workshops for parents on topics like financial literacy and workforce development.
