Provides short-term rental assistance and services to help homeless families obtain housing quickly, increase self-sufficiency, and stay housed.
HOUSING. SHORT-TERM RENTAL ASSISTANCE. CASE MANAGEMENT. FINANCIAL LITERACY.
Rapid Re-Housing is funded through the Emergency Solutions Grant. The program is designed to quickly house homeless families. Families are referred to the program through the Coordinated Entry System (CES) run by Partners in Care, Oahu's Continuum of Care. CES works to connect the highest need, most vulnerable persons in the community to available housing and supportive services equitably. The program combines short-term rental assistance with case management to help families rapidly move from homelessness to housing.
