Rent Relief 

To prevent families from eviction, households who qualify are eligible for rental assistance for June - December 2020. 

Eligibility: 

•Full-time residents of Oahu

•18 years of age or older

•Demonstrated loss of income directly resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic

•Current household gross income of 50% AMI or below (see chart below for reference)

Documents Needed: 

  • Valid Government ID

  • Social Security Card for all adults 

  • Documentation of loss of income due to COVID-19 

  • Certification of household income 

  • A valid Lease/Rental Agreement
